Neil Zambik, B. Com., CPHR, is passionate about Strategic Human Resources. He has spent his working and academic life in the field promoting and enhancing the value of the Strategic Human Resources function. He is a strong believer that effective and profitable companies are a result of the utilization of leading Strategic Human Resources Management practices.
Neil Zambik started People Insights, Inc. in 1999 after completing a successful career with a leading Canadian retailing and manufacturing organization. During his career, he held progressively more senior roles within the organization culminating in the position of Director, People Development and Communications, while serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
